Interior & Exterior Projects

Interior Projects

    General Information:
    1. Color Choice
Different colors bring different moods into a room and customers tastes vary from warm to cold colors. Our team can help you choose the best suited colors that compliment your home.

    2. Preparation
Much preparation work is needed before the painting process begins. Our team will make sure the floor is fully covered and protected, and take care of the removal of furniture and objects from the room, as well as covering any other remaing items.

    3. Priming (Optional)
A primer is often applied before the color as it helps the new coat go on easier, making the color look more uniform and last longer.

    4. Painting
After the first coat, a second coat is often needed to ensure uniformity. Top Quality paints are recommended to be used as they are designed to produce the best-looking and longest-lasting results. Moreover, quality paints can last more than twice as long as ordinary paints, making it the more economical choice in the long run.

    5. Clean-up
Final clean-up includes removal of all that has been placed during preparation and any other garbage, as well as the return of your furniture and objects.

Exterior Projects

    General Information:
    1. Area Preparation
It is necessary to cover and protect plantings in the surrounding area to ensure paint will not land on trees/bushes.

    2. Surface Preparation
Preparation work is especially vital for exterior surfaces as different textures need special treatment to ensure the best possible finishing result. Often, surfaces are either power-washed or hand-washed to remove dirt and mildew. All existing gaps need to be caulked to prevent water intrusion.

    3. Priming (Optional)
Often, primer is applied for a more uniform finish.

    4. Painting
Top quality paint is recommended especially for exterior surfaces as it is exposed to many types of weather conditions that could cause your finished surfaces to deteriorate faster than you expected. Choosing top quality paints can prolong the life of your painted home.

    5. Clean-up
Final clean-up includes removal of all that has been placed during preparation and any other garbage, as well as the return of your furniture and objects.
